Ryan Briscoe began his racing career at just eleven years of age, when he took up karting in his native Australia back in 1993. He's raced through the ranks of motorsport, exhibiting lightning speed in Formula 1, Formula 3, A1GP, Grand-Am, and now IndyCar.  2009 was a breakout year for Briscoe in American open-wheel racing, as he contended for the IndyCar Series title all season, collecting three wins and an astonishing eight runner-up finishes.  2010 promises to be equally exciting.
